The Central Government has sent its teams to several cities to review the corona case. A team has also gone to Kolkata in West Bengal (Corona). However, this team has alleged that the state government led by Mamta Banerjee Government is not cooperating. In this regard, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders sat on a dharna on Sunday. Some leaders sat on a dharna at their home and accused the Mamata Banerjee government of hiding Corona figures.
West Bengal BJP president Dilip Ghosh said that the state government was hiding the correct figures of deaths due to corona. Dilip Ghosh said, "When the whole country is fighting against Corona, Mamata Banerjee's government is fighting with the central government, the governor and the teams formed by the central government."
Dilip Ghosh also alleged that Mamata Banerjee's government was not supporting the central team and was hiding data from them. He further said, "There is a huge difference between the data the central government has with respect to the corona cases in West Bengal and the state government's data." He also alleged that the ration system in the state has failed and the ration sent by the central government is not being distributed among the needy. According to Dilip Ghosh, it has been a month and people have not received the donation.
