Meghalaya bowler Instruction Baisoya has set a record of taking 10 wickets in an innings on Wednesday in India's Vijay Merchant Trophy under-16 cricket tournament. The directive achieved this feat in the match played against Nagaland at Assam Valley School Ground. On the first day of the match, the batsmen of the Nagaland team came out to play the first innings and could not stand in front of the instructions and lost wickets continuously. The 15-year-old, who hails from Meerut, plays a guest bowler for Meghalaya. He took all 10 wickets for 51 runs in 21 overs. In this, he also put 10 maiden overs.
Off-spinner Instruction started the wicket with the third ball of the 10th over of the innings. In this over, he dismissed Savalin Kumar Malik. For Nagaland, Shravan Naga Ravi scored the highest 55 runs after facing 112 balls. Khareibu of Keduvetu contributed 20, Rohan Yashpal Parchanda 16 and Sujal Shankar Prasad contributed 14 runs. After the ball, the instruction also performed well with the bat and scored 68 runs off 100 balls. Due to his contribution, Meghalaya ended the day with 109 runs at the loss of four wickets.
