A new phase of Coronavirus Lockdown has started in the country from today.  Under this, the government has decided to make several concessions to increase economic activities.  Meanwhile, Indian Railways is going to operate 200 trains from June 1.  The number of passenger trains running in the country has been increased to 200 from June 1.  In the midst of the coronavirus epidemic, the railway is gradually increasing its operations.  There will be non-AC coaches in trains running from Monday, ie June 1, which were not in trains running till now.  About 1.45 lakh people have bought tickets on the first day of the commencement of 200 trains.  The railways are estimated to have traveled around 26 lakh people in trains in June itself.

 All passengers traveling in trains running from June 1 will be screened at the railway station.  Only those passengers who will not have signs of Corona will be allowed to travel.  See the full list of trains here.

 According to the notification issued by the railway, RAC and waiting tickets will also be available in these trains.  However, those with waiting tickets will not be allowed to board the train.  Only those with confirmed and RAC tickets will be able to travel.

 Blankets will not be provided inside the train.  Passengers have been advised to carry bed sheets and blankets for the journey.

 Along with this, it will be mandatory for all travelers to download the Arogya Setu application.  Along with this, face cover or face mask will also be necessary.  All passengers have also been advised to use sanitizer.

 Passengers must arrive at the station 90 minutes before the departure time of the train.  The general rules of railways will apply regarding ticket cancellation.
