North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un has sent a "verbal message" to Chinese leader Xi Jinping after weeks of speculation about his health, state media agency KCNA said on Friday.  However, the news agency did not say what the "verbal message" meant.  It was unclear if Kim Jong Un and Xi Jinping spoke directly.  According to KCNA, the message was that China has succeeded in stopping the infection of Kovid-19.  President Xi Jinping was congratulated for this.

The news comes in the North Korean state media after South Korea's intelligence agency assessed that the already disastrous North Korea economy was worsened by the epidemic. North Korea led by the US over its nuclear weapons program  Is facing international sanctions and due to this its economic condition is very bad.  China is North Korea's closest ally and its economic lifeline.
