To reduce the spread of coronaviruses, the lockdown issued from 54 days has been extended till 31 May.  This is the fourth stage of lockdown (Lockdown-4).  The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) issued a press release saying that the lockdown period applicable to deal with coronaviruses was extended till 31 May.  NDMA said that the lockdown period has been extended to prevent Kovid-19 from spreading, new guidelines will be issued.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his address to the nation announced the fourth phase of lockdown.  He said that the fourth phase of the lockdown will be a new look.


Let us know that the first phase of the country lockdown - from March 25 to April 14 was imposed for 21 days.  After this the lockdown of the second phase was announced, which lasted from 15 April to 3 May (19 days).  The same, after this, the third phase of lockdown was announced on May 4 for 14 days, which was ending on May 17.  Explain that the lockdown has been in force in the country for the last 54 days.  However, despite this, cases of corona infection are increasing day by day.

 It is known that PM Modi while addressing the country said that information about the fourth phase of lockdown will be given before May 18.  He said that there will be a fourth phase of the lockdown, but it will be completely redesigned.  For this, new rules will be set so that people keeping in tune with the rest of the work, two yards distance should also be followed.

 Meanwhile, the total number of Covid-19 infected in India has reached 90927.  According to the data released by the Health Ministry on Sunday, so far 2872 people have died due to coronavirus in the country while the number of infected has reached 90927.  At the same time, 4987 new patients of Corona have been found in the last 24 hours and 120 people have died.  So far, the highest number of new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.  However, it is a matter of relief that 34109 patients have been successful in beating Corona.  The recovery rate has improved to 37.51 percent.
