 Deepika had accepted the truth - it is not that depression is a disease that cannot be cured.  But when big stars like Deepika started speaking openly about this mental problem, awareness among people about mental illnesses increased.  During several public events, Deepika became emotional while referring to the disease or responding to any such question and her tears came out.
 Make yourself strong
 - It is very important to be mentally strong to win from depression.  Meditation and exercise can help you a lot in this.  Now you must be feeling that exercise makes the body strong, how will the brain become strong?
 - When we are physically active.  If we do yoga, exercise or dance, it increases blood circulation in our body.  It increases the oxygen level in our brain, it keeps the mind calm and produces Happy Hormones.  These hormones give us the strength to be happy and deal with stress.
 People do not understand what is happening to them!
 Do not take such a diet in depression
 People suffering from depression or stress should not eat fast food and processed food.  Because they do not get full nutrition from the body.  Due to stress, the body is already feeling weak and if the diet is not correct, then we start moving rapidly towards depression.  So take healthy and plant based diet.


 -If your stress level has started to increase due to any reason, go to the open space, try to have a place full of gardens or greenery.  But it is not possible due to lockdown, then it is better that you go deep on the terrace or balcony and take a deep breath.
 In the meantime, focus all your attention on the process of breathing and exhaling.  Deep breathing increases oxygen levels in the brain.  This increases the amount of Happy Hormones Dopamine and Saratonin as well as decreases the amount of Cartisol.  So we feel good.
