The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will examine the fitness of over 200 players living in their homes through video links due to the lockdown. During this time, they will also have to go through a yo-yo test. The PCB has decided to keep its contracted players physically fit during the Covid-19 epidemic.

This online fitness test includes 60 push-ups in one minute, 50 sit-ups in one minute, ten chin-ups in one minute, and a level 18 yo-yo test.

According to ESPNcricinfo report, the fitness test will be done on April 20 and 21. Like other countries around the world due to Corona virus, cricket has been stalled in Pakistan since March 15. In such a situation, Pakistan is taking measures regarding the fitness of its players.
