Indian shooters performed brilliantly in the first international online shooting championship held on Wednesday. In which veteran Amanpreet Singh, Manu Bhakar and Meghna Sajjanar were also involved.
Martin Stremfle of Austria finished first in the 10 meter air rifle event with 632.5 points, with Sajjanar finishing second with 630.5 points and France's Etienne Garmond third with 629.4 points.
World number one Indian Divyansh Singh Panwar had to be content with the fourth position. He scored 627.8 points. At the same time Amanpreet topped the 10 meter air pistol event, while Ashish Dabas finished second and Manu Bhakar finished third for Tokyo Olympics.
Veronica Major of Hungary received the fourth installation. A total of 50 shooters from seven countries participated in the competition organized by former Indian shooter Simeon Sharif.
