Zara was not happy with her body and arrived in Istanbul in August 2019 to have her breast implant and tummy tuck, a surgery to reduce her abdominal fat. Zara had given 5,000 pounds i.e. about 4 lakh 65 thousand rupees to a clinic there and she wanted her breast size to go from 34C to 34F.
This surgery took about 7 hours. When Zara arrived at her home in South Wales, Wiltshire, after undergoing surgery, fluids began leaking due to an infection in her breast implant implant and her right breast also completely hanged. But once again when Zara reached home, fluid started leaking from her breast implant. After this the clinics stopped picking up Zara's phone. On November 22, Zara removed both of her breast implants in a hospital in England, after which her breast tissue was completely removed.
