At the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, a custom department team caught a woman who came to Delhi from Moscow. A bra was found in one of her belongings, the elastic of which was made with 4 gold wires . Also there were 6 bars of gold in clothes. Their price is around 30 lakh rupees. It is gold brought for the purpose of smuggling.
Custom Commissioner Joint Commissioner Anubha Sinha said that the officers had suspected the woman. He said, "When the woman arrived at the Delhi airport from Moscow and crossed the Green Channel, the customs officials suspected her. Later authorities searched his belongings and gold was revealed for smuggling. '
The custom officer said, "On searching, 4 wires of gold and half a dozen gold bars were recovered from inside the bra placed in the bag. The weight of all gold is 794 grams. After investigation, the team of Custom took further action and seized the gold under section 110 of the Custom Act.
