The woman who came to India  after being deported  from Pakistan, has now decided to try her luck in Indian politics.  Neeta Sodha received citizenship of India from Natwara Gram Panchayat area of ​​Rajasthan and now is the women candidate  contesting for panchayat elections. 

Neeta told that she came to India from Pakistan 18 years ago, while she has been given citizenship of India only 4 months ago.

 In Rajasthan, voting for 6,759 gram panchayats is going on in the first phase on Friday.  While the date of voting for the second phase is fixed on January 22, the voting for the third phase will be on January 29.  There are a total of 11,123 gram panchayats in Rajasthan.
