INGREDIENTS OF GARLIC KHEER

150 grams garlic
125 mililitre white vinegar
1 litre milk
80 grams sugar
5 strand saffron
5 green cardamom
HOW TO MAKE GARLIC KHEER
Step 1 / 4
Make slivers of garlic pods and soak it in vinegar for 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 2 / 4
After 25 minutes wash it with hot water and boil it three times. Everytime you boil it, discard old water and fill the vessel with fresh water. This is to get rid of garlicky and vinegar flavor .
Step 3 / 4
In a pot, boil milk with saffron and sugar and reduce it to half.
Step 4 / 4
Add powdered cardamom seeds.Serve it cold.
