Pakistan infuriated after the abolition of Article 370 has led to taking absurd steps one after the other.
Pakistan Railways stopped Samjhauta Express at the Wagah border .
The down Samjhauta Express was stopped at the Wagah border. Due to this many people got trapped on the Wagah border. Pakistan refused to send its guard and driver to the Indian border. It asked India to send his driver and guard. Due to this action of Pakistan, passengers got stuck in a situation of confusion in the train. India later said that it would send its guard and driver and bring the train to the border.
It also halted the movement of Samjhauta Express in response to the Pulwama attack, following an air strike from India, which was restored on March 4.
Pakistan announced on Wednesday that it would stop trade with India and cut diplomatic relations.
However, the crew of Pakistan parked the train at Wagha-Attari border . Pakistan expressed its inability to bring the train to Attari for "security reasons".
Northern Railways of India assured them that there was no security risk. But, the Pakistani driver said that he would take the train to the Attari only after being convinced by his side, otherwise the Indian crew guard would have to pilot the Indian to India.
