Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who was going to meet the victims of land dispute in Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh, was taken into custody in Narayanpur in Mirzapur district.  It was demonstrated against the BJP government in several districts of the state.  Apart from this, a large number of Congress workers in Chennai are also on the streets protesting the arrest.  Explain Kisan Congress has also declared against the incident against BJP offices across the country.


 Significantly, Congress Central General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi sat on the dais when she was stopped at Narayanpur in Mirzapur district while going to Sonbhadra.  The administration took him from there and headed towards Chunar.  During this time the Congress workers lie in front of the SDM vehicle.  The policemen, who saw the angry attitude of the Congressmen, started dragging the workers on the road in front of the vehicle.  After this, with the SDM Force, Priyanka reached Chunar Fort.
