Team India's opener Rohit Sharma has thanked the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for nominating him for the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award (Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna), the country's highest sporting honor. The vice-captain of the limited overs format has performed brilliantly with the bat in the last few years, given that the BCCI has nominated him for this prestigious award.
