Mumbai has been kept on high alert in view of the apprehensive effect of cyclonic storm Nisarg being formed in the Arabian Sea. The storm could affect Mumbai and its surrounding coastal areas on Wednesday. In such a situation, on Wednesday, Central Railway has changed the timings of a total of eight trains leaving and coming from Mumbai. The timings of these trains departing during the day have been changed at night.
According to the information received from Central Railway, 02542 LTT-Gorakhpur, 06345 LTT-Thiruvananthapuram, 01061 LTT-Darbhanga, 01071 LTT-Varanasi, 01019 CSMT-Bhubaneswar Special trains were timed to leave from Mumbai, but now these trains Will leave from there at night.
Similarly, trains from Patna, Varanasi and Thiruvananthapuram, which were to reach Mumbai during the day, will reach Mumbai before time.
Explain that in view of the threat of cyclone in Mumbai, 10 teams of NDRF were deployed in Maharashtra till Tuesday afternoon, while five more teams were reaching Maharashtra.
