There is a state of awe in the whole world including India due to Corona virus infection. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the country on Thursday, amid some rapid rise in the corona virus cases. In his address, the PM has advised the people of the country to take precautions to avoid going to the crowded areas and to avoid the infection of the virus. On Sunday, March 22, PM Modi announced the 'Janata Curfew' and appealed to the people not to go out on this day from 7 am to 9 pm showing self-discipline. Team India's captain Virat Kohli has also appealed to the people to strictly follow the security measures being adopted by the PM to prevent the corona virus.
Virat Kohli tweeted, "Be alert, attentive and aware to combat the threat posed by the Covid 19. We, as responsible citizens, need to adhere to the norms put in place for our safety as announced by our Honourable Prime Minister Shri @NarendraModi ji. #IndiaFightsCorona"
