A cash amount of three crore rupees has been recovered from the crashed plane of the international airline in Pakistan.  There were 99 people on board, out of which 97 people, including nine children, were killed.  The aircraft PK-8303 was going to Karachi from Lahore and it crashed last week in the residential area near Karachi International Airport.  Two passengers survived miraculously in it.

An official said on Thursday that investigators and rescue officials from the wreckage of the aircraft have recovered the currency of different countries, which is worth about three crore rupees.  The officer said that an inquiry has been ordered in this regard how such a large amount of cash was passed through the airport security and baggage inspection mechanism.  He said that this amount has been found lying in two bags.

 The official said that the process of identification of dead bodies and belongings is going on so that it can be handed over to their family members.  In this accident, 97 people including crew members died.  This is one of the biggest air accidents ever in the history of Pakistan.  On Thursday, an official said that 47 bodies have been identified and so far 43 bodies have been handed over to the family members for the last rites.
