 This posture tones the thighs, abdomen and arms.

 How to do

 Keep the feet straight and your hands should be on the ground while the fingers line the shoulders.

 Now lift your upper body from the ground.  The head should be on the ground.

 Most of your weight should be on the palms and the rest on the legs.

 Breathe in this pose 5 to 10 times.

 Now slowly bring your back to the ground and relax.



 Dhanurasan



 This asana is better for tone and stretching the legs.  Problems in periods are also relieved and reproductive organs are stimulated.

 How to do

 Lie flat on your stomach and keep your hands straight.

 Now bend your knees lightly and hold the eddy while moving your hands back.

 Breathe in and lift the chest above the ground and pull the legs upwards.

 During this time, just look at the front.

 Your focus should be on the breath.  Hold your breath for as long as possible.

 After 15 to 20 seconds, exhale and bring the legs and chest back to the ground.

 Now exhale.  Your elbows should turn lightly outward.

 Leave the shoulders loose and relax the arm.

 During this time the knees should be straight.

 Repeat this asana thrice.
