In order to control the coronavirus epidemic, the period has been extended to 30 June by limiting the lockdown implemented in the country to the containment zone.  During this time the lockdown will be removed gradually.  In Lockdown 5.0, the process will open in a phased manner except for the Containment Zone.  Its (Unlock1) first phase will be implemented from June 8.  Under this, malls, restaurants and religious places will be opened from 8 June.  The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued new guidelines to reopen areas outside the Containment Zone.

Public places and religious places, hotels, restaurants and other hospitality services and shopping malls will be allowed to open from 8 June 2020.  The Health Ministry will issue a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) regarding this.

 Second step of unlock
Schools, colleges, educational / training / coaching institutes, etc. will be opened after consultation with States and Union Territories.  There will also be talk at the institutional level.  Also, opinions of parents will also be taken.  A decision will be taken to open the institute only on this feedback.  These institutes will be able to be opened from July.

 Step 3 of Unlock3
The dates for international air travel, operation of metro rail, cinema hall, gymnasium (gym), swimming pool, amusement park etc. will be decided based on the assessment of the situation.

According to the guideline issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on Saturday, changes have been made during the night curfew.  Now it will remain in force from 9 am to 5 am.  There will be no restriction on the arrival of people and goods from one state to another.  No separate permission or e-permit will be required to do this.  However, states and union territories can ban it, but after extensive publicity beforehand.
