Coronavirus outbreak is not taking its name.  According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, till Saturday morning, a total of 1,73,763 patients have been reported in the country, while 4971 people have died.  Maximum number of new cases and maximum deaths occurred in 24 hours.  In the last 24 hours, 7964 new cases have been reported, while 265 people have died, although 11,264 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours, so far 82370 patients have been successful in beating the disease.  Talking about the recovery rate, it has increased to 47.40 percent.

The most worrying situation is from Maharashtra.  On Friday, 2682 new cases were reported in Maharashtra.  With this, the number of infected here has crossed 62 thousand.  Now a total of 62,228 have been infected in the state.  In a day 116 people have died due to infection of this virus in the state.  This is the highest number of deaths in a day in the state.  With this, the death toll in the state has crossed 2000.  So far, a total of 2098 people have died in Maharashtra due to this virus.  In Mumbai, 1447 new cases of corona have been reported while 38 people have died.  Total corona infected in Mumbai has become 36932 and 1173 people have lost their lives due to this virus so far.
