Breast cancer cases are increasing rapidly worldwide.  According to statistics, 1 in 8 women in India suffer from breast cancer.  Many women often do not get their breast examined in shame nor go to the doctor.  Because of this, the condition takes the form of breast cancer.  Although effective treatment is available today for the prevention of breast cancer.  But it can also be avoided by making some changes in lifestyle and diet.

According to BreastCancer.org, breast cancer cases are less frequent in countries where plant-based diets as well as low-fat foods are consumed.  Here are some of the food items that are considered to be called breast cancer if included in the diet:

 Fats
Not all types of fat are bad for health.  But the fat in processed food items is harmful to health and can increase the risk of breast cancer.  Trans fat is very common in processed foods and according to scientists, it has the highest risk of breast cancer.

 Red meat
Some studies have shown that red meat also increases the risk of breast cancer.  In this study published in the International Journal of Cancer this year, researchers found that eating red meat increases the risk of breast cancer, while the consumption of white meat helps to reduce this risk.

 Sugar
It is believed that consumption of sugar can also increase the risk of breast cancer.  We cannot say this directly because our body cells are also dependent on sugar for energy.  In such a situation, sugar is very important for health.  But excessive intake leads to obesity and weight gain, which subsequently increase the risk of breast cancer.
