1. Ghee -
Ghee should be consumed by people who are struggling with obesity, diabetes and reproductive problems. Because it increases the nutrients in the food. In addition, it lowers blood sugar levels and triglyceride levels. At least 3 teaspoons of ghee a day should be eaten with each main meal.
2. Fiber -
Many people consume a lot of fiber-rich diet to reduce obesity. But the body is unable to digest more fiber, causing constipation, dehydration and fatigue. Avoid eating high-fiber cereals and oats as a snack and eat poha / paratha / idli / sattu / daliya etc. instead.
3. Green Leafy Vegetables -
Green leafy vegetables are less and poorly available during summer season. Instead, eat variety of pulses. Like, moong, matki, navrangi, wal, kulthi, chawli, arhar etc. Try that by eating them your body gets full fiber, iron and magnesium. Eating pulses relieves constipation, makes the body energetic and promotes immunity.
