Thalaivi's team had set the Parliament House set for a 45-day shoot at the Hyderabad studio. But since this set is made, the team has not been able to shoot for a single day. The makers of Thalaivi are eagerly waiting for the lockdown to open. So that they can complete the outdoor shoot associated with the film. Thalaivi's team wants them to tackle outdoor shoots before the rainy season starts. They will have to be set up again if the entire set is damaged due to rain. This will increase the expenses of the makers. Thalaivi's team has also built a set in Chennai. Due to the lockdown, shooting has not been done on that set yet.
