Semolina - 1 cup (roasted)
Chickpea lentil
Onion - 1 cup
Carrot - 1/2 cup
Green chili - 2
cumin
Curry leaves
Ginger
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Refined oil

Put half a teaspoon of oil in the pan. Add cumin, mustard and onion and stir.
After roasting the onion add two stalks of curry leaves. Now add one spoon of ginger, green chilli and stir it.
After this mix carrots and salt. Now add a little water and cook for a while on low flame.
Now add gram lentils to it. You can also add urad dal and peas if you want. Now add two cups of water to it.
After a boil, add roasted semolina to it. Increase the amount of water as required.
Dry the water as per your liking while stirring well and take it out in a serving bowl and serve hot.
