To prevent the spread of Coronavirus infection, the 21-day lockdown implemented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi across the country is going to end today.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi once again addressed the nation regarding the lockdown.  The PM decided to extend the lockdown till 3 May.  PM Modi said, "Namaste my dear countrymen, India's fight against the Corona global epidemic is proceeding with great force.  Because of your austerity, your sacrifice, India has, so far, been able to avert to a large extent the damage caused by Corona.  You have saved your country even after suffering.  Our India has been saved this year.  I know  How many problems have you had, some people have trouble eating, some have trouble coming, some house is away from family, but you are doing your duty like a disciplined soldier for the sake of the country.  I salute you all respectfully. ''

The Prime Minister said, "Friends, keeping in mind all the suggestions, it has been decided that the lockdown in India will now have to be increased by 3 May.  That is, till May 3, all of us, every countryman will have to remain in lockdown.  During this time, we have to follow the discipline in the same way as we have been doing.  My request to all my countrymen is that now Corona does not allow us to spread to new areas at any cost.  If a single patient grows at the local level then this should be a matter of concern for us.  Therefore, we have to be very careful about hotspots.  We will have to keep a close watch on the places that are expected to be converted into hotspots.  The creation of new hotspots will further challenge our hard work and our austerity.
