Salt How to make Beetroot Rice
Heat two spoons of oil in a pan. Now add steamed peppers, cloves, black pepper, bay leaves and onions and fry them.
Put the cooker on another gas and add two spoons of oil and let it heat up. First, add the tempering to the cooker.
Now add grated beetroot and capsicum and cook.
Now add rice and mix it in the mixer. Now add water according to taste and close the cooker.
Turn off the gas after two whistles. Now beetroot rice is ready. Garnish it with coriander.
