Now Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor has also decided to donate plasma.
Before taking Kanika Kapoor's plasma, a team of doctors from Lucknow-based KGMU will test her. Only after this test can you be sure that Kanika can give plasma or not. If all the reports come positive then Kanika will go to KGMU tomorrow or the day after to give plasma. Today the team of doctors had reached home to do their medical test.
When a person becomes corona positive then antibodies get in his blood after recovering. Doctors believe that if they remove the plasma from the blood of such people and give it to the corona patients, then it helps in getting well. This therapy has started in Delhi, which has benefited patients. While the rest of the states are also planning to use this therapy with the permission of ICMR.
