Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushman Khurana starrer film Gulabo Sitabho was scheduled to release in theaters on April 17. But the lockdown caused by Corona spoiled the whole game. Due to the closure of theaters, a fully finished film is also craving for release. Given the current conditions, no one knows when the conditions will be normal and the films will be released.
In such a situation, Gulabo sitabo viewers can get to see the OTT platform before the cinemas. Speaking to Mumbai Mirror, Shoojit Sarkar said - As a filmmaker, I would like to see my film in the cinema hall first. But no one would have thought about the situation today. So if the need arises, I am ready for a digital release. But we will take a decision only after 3 May.
