Punjab recorded 105 new cases, which is biggest single-day rise so far for the state. Total number of positve cases stands at 480 now.
Home Ministry on Thursday told states no goods carriears will require any special pass to cross borders. It said despite repeated clarifications, local authorities are not allowing inter-state movement of trucks.
