The process of getting new cases of corona virus infected in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has not stopped. Today, on Tuesday, six new infections have been found in Kashmir. With this, the total number of infected patients has increased to 55 in the state. Of these, two deaths and two patients have been cured so far.
Earlier on Sunday, where five newly infected patients were identified, on Monday, there was a sudden increase and 11 new positive cases came. There were three new cases in Jammu division and eight in Kashmir division. A doctor from GMC, Jammu has also been hit by Corona. He is placed in the isolation ward of GMC.
Apart from this, another positive case is a woman from Janipur and a Udhampur on the outskirts of the city. The situation in Kashmir division is serious. All the infected have been reported to have been in contact with those previously found positive. So far, 50 cases have been reported in Jammu and Kashmir. One person's wife has also been found to be Corona positive in Udhampur district. With this, the number of infected persons in the district Udhampur has increased to four.
