In view of the corona virus crisis, thousands of laborers and poor migrants were seen in India due to 21 days of lockdown. Amidst the lockdown, a swath of daily laborers came on the streets.
Meanwhile, former Indian football captain Baichung Bhutia has announced to give the roof to the migrant laborers. Baichung Bhutia has given information about this by sharing a video on social media on Monday.
Baichung Bhutia tweeted, "I am upset for the migrant workers who are hoping to reach their homes to avoid the coron virus and lockdown."
Bhutia said, 'I am offering to give my buildings in Lumsay and Tadong in Sikkim to give shelter to such employees and suggest them to follow the government guidelines. I and the Unite Sikkim Football Club (USFC) will help him.
