Bollywood live-wire, Ranveer Singh, who has some interesting line-ups such as '83, Jayeshbhai vigorous and Takht as Mr. India, is all set to entertain with another entertaining project. Yes, you read it right. Reportedly, the project will be a spin-off of 1987's Mr. India, starring Anil Kapoor, Sridevi and Amrish Puri in the lead roles. The film will feature Ali Abbas Zafar, the protagonist of Bharat, Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai and will be bankrolled by Zee Studios. It is set for a celebratory release in 2020.
A source close to Vikas said, "This is Ali's dream project and he has been working quietly on it for some time. The idea is to give a fresh spin to the already existing concept of Mr. India by achieving a contemporary set-up. The film has never been seen before, and will be the biggest film to come out of Bollywood. "
