Indian team opener Mayank Agarwal returned to form in the innings of 81 runs in the second innings of the practice match against New Zealand XI. He has said that he wants to take his form in the two-match Test series played with New Zealand. Mayank has said that he has worked on his game for improvement.
Mayank said, 'Playing in New Zealand is very different, but whatever happened I want to leave it behind and move forward. Yes, I scored 81 runs in the second innings of the practice match and I want to take this confidence in the Test series.
Manayak said that he has worked with batting coach Vikram Rathore on some of the flaws in his technique. He said, 'Vikram sir and I sat and talked about where we need to improve. We also worked on it.
Mayank said, 'When I was out in the first innings, I went to the nets. Played many balls. I am happy that I was very successful in that which I worked on. '
