Ashutosh Gowariker says, 'Whenever we make something on history in a film, it is natural to raise the question of what part of history is shown in the story. History books are full of information but not everything can fit in a film.
Regarding his film Panipat, he says, 'The contributions of many others like Mallar Rao Holkar, Janako ji Shinde, Maharaj ji Shinde, Balwant Rao Mahendre Alkaji Mankeshwar, Purandare are part of this film. So we have cleared the doubt and now it is all right. Please tell that Ashutosh has faced threats regarding the film Panipat. Due to which about 200 policemen have been deployed for security.
