The 66th National Award has been announced. In this, the film Uri: The Surgical Strike has won four awards. Vicky Kaushal has received the National Award for Best Actor for his performance. At the same time, director Aditya Dhar has been awarded the award for Best Direction. Apart from this, the film has been awarded for Best Background Music, Sound Design. Vicky is very happy to receive the National Award for Best Actor and he has expressed his happiness on social media.
Vicky wrote on the Instagram account, "May I have less words to express the happiness I feel at the moment. It is a great moment for me and my family that the National Film Award jury recognized my work. I thank every member of the jury committee who considered my work in Uri: The Surgical Strike deserving the prestigious Best National Award. ''
Director Aditya Dhar has expressed his happiness on social media after getting the award for Best Direction. He wrote that this moment has come after 15 years of failure, rejections and hard work. Aditya wrote, "Ever since I understood what films meant to me, it was my dream to get the National Award. Because of the insane passion of you people, something amazing has been prepared for the audience and without this it was not possible to make this film. I dedicate this award to every soldier of the country and his family.
