Apart from this, he urged the filmmakers of Bollywood and South Industry in both the union territories to come here to shoot films and invest so that local employment can be boosted. Apart from this, he also talked about the period when the shooting of films in Kashmir had almost stopped.
PM Modi said, 'There was a time when Bollywood films were shot in Kashmir. At that time there was hardly any film that was not shot in Kashmir. Now, if the conditions are normal in Jammu and Kashmir, not only the country but many filmmakers from all over the world will be able to come to Kashmir to shoot and along with this, many employment opportunities will be created for the people of Kashmir.
