The Board of Control for Cricket in India has said a big deal. The Board said there will be no meeting on Friday in Mumbai regarding the selection of Team India members who will go to this tour. Detailed information about the meeting of the team will be given after finalization. According to sources, the selection of Team India will be held at 11.30 am on Sunday.

The team was to be selected on Friday for the West Indies tour starting on August 3, but it was postponed. It is being told that Indian selector is in confusion with Mahendra Singh Dhoni. There are speculations that Team India will be announced after discussing Dhoni's future. India have to play three T-20 internationals, three ODIs and two Test matches on the West Indies tour.

Captain Virat Kohli, fast bowler Jaspreet Bumrah, Mohammed Shami and Bhuvneshwar Kumar can be rested from this tour. Well, according to media reports, Kohli, Bumrah, expressed the desire to play in this series. Apart from this, Mahendra Singh Dhoni is also expected to be rested. There is rumors about Dhoni that he can now retire, but Kohli and the BCCI have not yet ratified any official confirmation regarding this. It is also being said that Dhoni will be for special training with the army for two months.

Dinesh Karthik and Kedar Jadhav's career have been questioned. It is difficult to find a place in the team for the West Indies tour. Yes, the choice of Rishabh Pant as the wicketkeeper is being considered. The name of Sanju Samson as the second wicketkeeper can also be considered, which have long been performing well in domestic cricket. In such a way, the selection committee can give new faces a chance. These new faces include Deepak Chahar, Khalil Ahmad, Navdeep Saini and Prashur Khan.

Chahar had taken 22 wickets in 17 matches this time in IPL while Khalil's account was 19 wickets. In spinners Rahul Chahar, Mayank Markandey and Shreyas Gopal can also find their place in the Indian team. Shubhaman Gill and Shreyas Iyer can get the chance in batting. Gill scored 296 runs in the IPL. The Test series will start on August 22, which is part of the World Test Championship and also the beginning of the World Test Championship. Kohli and Bumrah are expected to return to the Test.
