Vijay Mallya, a businessman stranded in crisis, repeated his offer to return 100 per cent of the outstanding amount of public sector Indian banks on his closed Kingfisher Airlines. Vijay Mallya offered this offer while expressing grief over Jet Airways's stance on social media on Monday.
63-year-old Vijay Mallya, former chief of Kingfisher Airlines, is looking for Indian agencies in allegations of bank lending and money laundering. These agencies have been demanding that they be handed over to the businessman of India declared to be run away from UK officials for legal action in India, which has been approved by the government there. Mallya is challenging the order of extradition in the court.
In fact, Mallya is accused of fraud of 9,000 crore rupees and money laundering. Vijay Mallya tweeted the comparison between his closed airline and Jet Airways. He said that this was really a business failure. But the CBI and ED accused me of criminal charges, while I offered to return 100 percent, why did this happen to me only.
Mallya said, "When I saw the TV debate on Jet's closure, they included employees of the company who did not get salaries and industry veterans. Unemployment, discomfort, securities available with banks, probability of probity and revival are important issues, I am offering to pay Kingfisher 100 percent of the outstanding, but the banks are not prepared for it.
