Actress Jaya Prada was a BJP candidate from Rampur. In election results Jaya Prada was defeated by 1,09,997 votes. He was contesting from the Samajwadi Party Candidate Azam Khan.

Nirhua

Bhojpuri Superstar Dinesh Lal Yadav was in Nirahua, for the first time in Uttar Pradesh's Azamgarh Lok Sabha constituency. Nirhua won the election with 2,59,874 votes. Nirahua was contesting the Azamgarh seat from the Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav.

Raj Babbar

Congress candidate from Fatehpur Sikri, Raj Babbar, was defeated by 4,95,065 votes. This time for his son Babbar also had a huge campaign. But nothing of Raj Babbar's work came in handy.

Poonam Sinha

Poonam Sinha, wife of Shatrughan Sinha, had also gone to the polling station on the ticket of SP against the Home Minister Rajnath Singh from Lucknow Lok Sabha seat. But Poonam Sinha was defeated. He lost to Rajnath Singh by 3,47,302 votes.

Prakash Raj

Actor Prakash Raj, who contested independently from Karnataka's Bengaluru Central Lok Sabha seat, lost the election. He got only 28906 votes. BJP nominee PC Mohan got 602853 votes against light.

Urmila

Bollywood actress Urmila Matondkar, who went to the polls on Congress ticket for the first time from North Mumbai seat in Maharashtra, lost by 4,65,247 votes in the election. Urmila defeated BJP candidate Gopal Shetty.

Munmun Sen

Trinamool Congress party candidate and actress Munmun Sen lost in the Asansol seat of West Bengal with 1,97,637 votes. He had a fight with Union Minister Babul Supriyo.
