A clear target of Kashyap was BJP's supporter. After Narendra Modi's campaign many Modi supporters had kept a watchman in front of his name. After this tweet, many supporters tried to troll Anurag.
Significantly, Kashyap is often trolled by the Chawkidar on the tweeter. Kashyap has been registering his protest against the wrong policies of the Modi government. Because of this, supporters of PM Modi often troll Anurag Kashyap but on many occasions, Anurag also gives a stern answer to these people.
Kashyap had recently signed a statement in which he had appealed to vote against the BJP government. Anurag was among those 600 artists who appealed to oust the Modi government from power.
Apart from this, a person tweeted Anurag Kashyap and wrote, 'The lotus blossoms in the mud, so press the lotus button.' Anurag Kashyap also responded to this person and wrote, 'Lotus has been eating. The country is also muddy.
