On the demand of deployment of central forces in each booth, the voters of Alipurduar conducted a procession in hundreds in Alipurduar district and gathered in front of Duarskanya in demand of deploying CRPF in every booth. The voters said to the District Magistrate that we do not want the scenario of Panchayat vote to be repeated in this poll. We will not cast votes if f the central forces are not deployed in each booth.
