Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday accused Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee of being "obstructive" in the development of West Bengal and said that she will have to go for the betterment of the state.

 The Prime Minister took a jibe at the Congress manifesto saying that there shall be a review of some provisions of the Special Powers Act (AFSPA), which is going on in the fight against the terrorists.
