Narayan Sai and his father Asaram will have a verdict on Narayan Sai in Surat's Session Court on Friday on charges of rape imposed by two sisters of Surat. The police filed the case on the basis of evidence from the affidavits of the sisters and the location. The case of rap against Narayan Sai and Asaram is about 11 years old.
The victim's younger sister has identified every location, giving concrete evidence against Narayan Sai in her statement. While the elder sister had filed a case against Asaram. The case is going on in the court of Gandhinagar against Asaram. The court against Narayan Sai has recorded statements of 53 witnesses so far, there are many important witnesses who had seen Narayan Sai making the girls as victims of their own lust, or had helped the accused in the act, but later He became a witness.
As soon as an FIR was filed in the case of Rape on Narayan Sai, he had been underground. He was constantly changing his location by escaping the police. The then Surat police commissioner Rakesh Asthana made 58 different teams to arrest Narayan Sai and started conducting the search.
Nearly two months after the FIR was lodged, Narayan Sai was arrested in December 2013 near Haryana-Delhi border. During the arrest, Narayan Sai had misled the Sikh person. After the arrest of Narayan Sai, who had described himself as Krishna, many videos of playing flute were seen in front of women like Krishna. Narayan Sai was also accused of giving a bribe of Rs 13 crore to a police employee while in jail. But in this case Narayan Sai has got bail but hearing in the court is still going on in the matter of rape.
