Dayadra Mandal, Kolkata;

A different kind of case was opened in Delhi's Tihar Jail, which opened the police system. "Om" has been marked on the back of a Muslim prisoner in Tihar Jail. In this case, till today, it was discovered that the victims have already complained in this matter. The name of the victim is being called Shabbir.

Jagmohan, a lawyer of Muslim youth, told 'Aajtak' that Shabbir complained that the induction stove is not working in the barracks. After complaining, the jail superintendent Rajesh Chauhan beat him severely. The officer then made a mark on the back of the youth through a metal box. It is alleged that the first ohm marks were heated and then left on the young man's back. It is clear from seeing the picture that the wound on the back of the first man will be made and the mark will be printed.

The allegation is that the jail administration fastened the young man for two days for fasting and hungry. It is also mentioned in the complaint that the young man was told that he had kept a fast for two days and now he is a Hindu. The youth was also allegedly abused by Muslims because of being allegedly Muslim.

On behalf of the accused youth, the lawyer Jagmohan has filed a complaint in the Karkardooma court. In the court, the judge has also seen the mark on the back of the victim's youth. The court also issued notices to the Tihar Jail administration in this regard but after this there was no court in the court to appear before the administration. The next hearing in this case is on Monday. In this regard, the jail administration says that the court has asked the DIG Tihar to appear in the court in two days. So far the allegations made in the investigation are less likely to be correct. This prisoner was in high risk ward. As per the order of the court, the prisoner has been shifted to another jail.
