The US has given a draft proposal to the United Nations Security Council on Wednesday to declare Jaish-e-Mohammed gangster Masood Azhar to be declared a global terrorist and put it on the restricted list. This move by the US has increased the apprehension of its collision with China. Earlier this year, China had given a proposal to ban Masood Azhar in the UN Security Committee. After this, the United States has decided to bring a proposal directly to the Security Council to blacklist Azhar.
