Varun Dhawan is in the news these days for working in the remake of the film Coolie No. 1. In the film, he will be seen opposite Sara Ali Khan. The shooting of the film has started in Bangkok. For the past few days, Varun Dhawan was busy with the team in preparation for the film. As soon as the shooting of the film started, the makers of Coolie No.1 shared the first picture from the set.
Varun Dhawan's mother Karuna Dhawan gave a Muhurta clap for the shooting of Coolie No. 1. The film is being directed by David Dhawan, father of Varun Dhawan. He also made the original film in which Govinda and Karisma Kapoor were in the lead role. The film is being produced by Washu Bhagnani, Jackie Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh. Varun Dhawan and David Dhawan had previously worked together in Main Tera Hero and Judwaa 2. This film was a super hit at the box office. Now the thing to see is what the father-son duo feed in this remake film.
